About Wisemium
Your AI Financial Manager. Understand. Monitor. Save.
Wisemium helps you understand your finances, keep sight of what matters, and act when something needs your attention. It works from what you give it and what you confirm, so the picture it builds is one you can actually trust.
Meet Wise Assistant, the AI inside Wisemium
Wise Assistant is Wisemium’s AI. It is not a chatbot bolted on the side, and it is not a separate product. It is the part of Wisemium that reads what you have told it, works out what is worth raising, and puts it in the order that matters.
It works from evidence rather than guesswork. It knows what you gave it, what it read from a document, and what you confirmed yourself, and it keeps those three things apart. When it raises something, it can show you why.
Everything below is what Wise Assistant works across.
What Wisemium is
Wisemium is a personal financial management platform that looks at the whole household rather than a single bank account.
Most money apps begin with a transaction feed and show you what you spent last month. Wisemium begins somewhere else: with the bills and services you actually pay for. The energy account. The broadband contract. Insurance policies. Mobile and SIM plans. Subscriptions and other recurring payments. Credit cards and loans. Rent or mortgage, water, council tax.
These are where a great deal of money goes, and they are the part people find hardest to stay on top of. They renew quietly. Prices change without anyone deciding. The dates live in a dozen different accounts, inboxes and drawers.
Wisemium brings them into one place, works out what they are, and keeps them in view.
How it works
Understand
You give Wisemium something real: a bill, a policy, a statement, a contract. Wisemium reads it and tells you what it found. You check it, correct anything wrong, and confirm it.
You can also start from your postcode, or simply type what you already know. No document is required to begin.
Monitor
Once Wisemium knows about a bill or a policy, it keeps the things that matter in view: what it costs, when it renews or ends, and what has changed since last time. A renewal stops being something you have to remember and becomes something you are shown before it happens.
Save
Understanding on its own is not much use. Wisemium works out what deserves your attention and what a sensible next step would be. Sometimes that is confirming a detail. Sometimes it is preparing for a renewal that is close. Sometimes it is exploring your options with a provider who can complete the job.
What Wisemium knows, and how it knows it
Wisemium builds a picture of your household one piece at a time. Each thing it holds is either something it does not know yet, something it has read from evidence you gave it, or something you have confirmed is right.
That distinction is deliberate, and Wisemium shows it to you. A figure taken from a bill is labelled as coming from that bill. A figure you checked yourself is labelled as confirmed by you. Nothing quietly graduates from a guess into a fact.
It matters because a financial picture is only worth having if you can tell how much of it is solid. Wisemium would rather show you an honest gap than a confident invention.
What Wisemium can help with today
Insurance
Add a policy and Wisemium records the insurer, the type of cover, what you pay and when it renews. It keeps that renewal date in front of you, because a renewal is the one moment an insurance price changes without anyone deciding anything.
When you want to look at your options, Wisemium can take you to an FCA authorised comparison service to do the quoting. Wisemium does not recommend insurers, rank them for you, or name a best policy. It organises what you have and helps you act at the right moment. See how Wisemium handles insurance.
Energy
Upload an energy bill and Wisemium reads the supplier, the tariff, what you pay and any fixed term end date. Energy is also the one area where a Wisemium specialist will review the market by hand and come back with what they found, rather than leaving you to work through it.
Subscriptions and recurring payments
Subscriptions are easy to start and easy to forget. Adding them to Wisemium puts them alongside everything else you pay for each month, so the total you see is closer to the total that actually leaves your account.
Your Wise Vault
Paperwork ends up scattered across email, downloads and drawers. Anything you add to Wisemium is kept in your Wise Vault, privately, where you can find it again.
Wisemium recognises a wide range of documents. Bills, policies, statements and agreements it can read in detail and turn into part of your picture. Others, such as a payslip or a certificate, it will file and keep safe without pretending to interpret them. It tells you which is which at the moment you add them.
What Wise Assistant does with all of this
Everything above gives Wise Assistant something to work with. It might raise a renewal that is approaching, an amount it does not have yet, or a cost that has moved since last time.
It is not financial advice, and it does not act on your behalf without asking. Its usefulness comes from knowing your situation, not from knowing the market.
The wider picture
Your finances are not only your bills. Wisemium is built to hold the whole shape of them, and already records and organises far more than it can act on.
Broadband and mobile contracts, credit cards, personal loans, savings, current accounts, rent or mortgage payments, water and council tax all sit inside the same picture, with the same evidence and the same dates. Knowing what you carry, and when each thing comes up, is useful long before there is a button to press.
This is the difference between a bill tracker and a financial manager. A bill tracker holds the bills. Wisemium is built to hold the household.
Where Wisemium is going
Wisemium is being built to understand more with less effort from you. Connecting a bank account or an email inbox, so that bills and services can be found rather than typed, is in development and not yet available. As that infrastructure arrives, the same picture gets richer without you learning anything new.
The direction is steady: understand more, monitor more accurately, and be more useful about what to do next.
What Wisemium does not do
WISEMIUM LTD is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not give personal financial advice. It does not tell you which insurer, card or loan is right for you, and it does not assess whether a product suits your circumstances.
Where a comparison or an application happens, it happens with an authorised provider, and Wisemium says so before you go. Wisemium does not move your money and does not act on your behalf without asking.
Wisemium Limited is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide personal financial advice. Insurance comparisons are completed through authorised partners. Wisemium does not claim whole-of-market coverage unless stated.
