If you have not chosen, you move to the standard variable tariff. It has no exit fee, so you can still leave at any time.
Read the bill you already have
Give Wisemium an energy bill and it reads the supplier, the tariff name, the unit rates, the standing charges and, where the bill prints it, the date a fixed tariff ends. Anything it cannot read is left for you to confirm, never guessed.
Keep the end of your fix where you will see it
A fixed tariff ends on a date your supplier tells you about once. Wisemium keeps that date with the tariff, so the weeks when you can change without an exit fee arrive as something you expected.

Moving home
A new home usually starts on its supplier’s default rate, which nobody chose. Take a meter reading on the day you move in and the day you move out, tell both suppliers, and keep the first bill. What Wisemium does not do
Wisemium does not supply gas or electricity. Your supplier bills you and remains responsible for your supply.
It does not switch you without your say. A switch only happens if you choose a tariff and complete it.
It does not promise a saving. Whether another tariff costs less depends on your own use, your address and the tariffs available on the day.
